Frequently Asked Questions

1) How does Frens work?

Frens is a Telegram-based Web3 SocialFi mini-app designed to help users discover and engage with crypto projects. Through gamified quests, users earn points, tickets and rewards, including USDT and project tokens.

2) Is Frens free to use?

Yes! Currently, all functions on Frens are completely free. Users don’t need to pay extra fees while participating in the campaigns.

3) Do I need to pass KYC verification?

Not necessarily. However, in the future some campaign creators may set eligibility criteria to filter users.

4) Where can I get notified of new Quests, or where can I learn if I won something?

Turn on notifications for our Telegram channel where new activities are posted and pinned. We are also developing an in-app notification system.

5) Who will distribute the rewards?

Rewards will be distributed by Frens or the campaign creator. Creators can choose to distribute rewards through Frens or handle it themselves. If a creator doesn’t distribute the rewards on time, Frens will closely follow up.

6) Where to check the campaign winners list?

You can check the winners list in the following places:

  • The details page of the Frens campaign.

  • Twitter and the community of the project hosting the event.

  • The winner list in Frens community group.

If there are inconsistencies, please refer to the list provided by the project hosting the campaign, as some projects may filter out users who have not completed the tasks.

7) What is the purpose or utility of XP in Frens?

XP is earned solely by completing activities in Frens. We do not alter individual XP for any reason. Be cautious of anyone claiming otherwise.

9) What is the purpose or utility of Tickets in Frens?

Tickets are your gateway to winning prizes, as distribution is based on a raffle system. The more tickets you collect, the better your chances of winning. Each task completed equals one ticket, and you can earn up to 50 tickets per day by using the post-to-earn module within the quest. Additionally, inviting friends boosts your ticket count β€” each friend with a standard account gives you +2 tickets, while a friend with a premium account adds +4 tickets.

10) Can I disconnect my wallet or social profiles from my Frens profile?

You can disconnect your wallet, but social profiles can only be disconnected upon request to prevent spam and bots. We are planning to integrate a separate module for that soon.

Yes, projects can use Frens to reach and acquire users. Contact us at this Telegram link for more information.
